Adapted from Cooking Light
Dry Ingredients:
2 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar or Splenda
½ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ c milk
¼ c margarine, melted
1 T vanilla
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine wet ingredients
2. In smaller bowl, combine dry ingredients
3. Sift dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well
4. Bake in waffle maker as directed, to desired darkness
