Ingredients:
1/2 c milk
3 T lemon juice
2 T white vinegar
1/2 c mayo
1/3 c granulated sugar
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
8 cups (1 head) cabbage, shredded (food processor makes this really easy)
1/4 c carrot, shredded
1/4 c carrot, shredded
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 5+ minutes.
Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
Add shredded cabbage and carrot, mix, and refrigerate at least two hours.
Makes 6-8 cups
